So, when I said I was going to follow this show, little did I know it was only 3 episodes long. This is about the perfect length of a TV Series season for my ADD/Impatient self. Did anyone else watch? If you’re going to but you’re months behind on your DVR…then read no further! But if you’re ready to know the result…drumrolll, please…
Hey! This was my first choice! I was actually a little surprised that the Wild Diet didn’t take it. That guy seemed to be melting away. But, I like this plan better than the others for overall health and well being. I also thought the trainer, Dawn, was relatable and build a great relationship with her contestant. All of the contestants did great. One gal left early because she was struggling emotionally with the journey. I felt for her. I’m sure we’ve all been there.
Anyhow, it was a fun show with great options for changing your lifestyle. Plenty of reality TV drama included, but short, sweet and to the point.
