4 Steps To Losing Belly Fat and Getting a Stronger Core

Did you know that 90% of people over the age of 35 lose enough muscle every year to burn off an additional 4 pounds of body fat? SO you not only lose the only thing on your body that creates shape, tone, and strength—you also gain more fat every year, even if your calories stay the same. Unfortunately as you lose muscle the most likely place to store your new fat is your BELLY!

Did you know that all of this is reversible at any age?  That there are specific ways to move, eat, and think that tell your brain to STOP storing fat and start burning it.. and even build lean muscle changing your body shape? That means you can feel and look better then you did 10 years ago!

This is not “Alice and Wonderland”  talk. This does not require a pharmacy of of anti-aging drugs, supplements. And, this works for anyone, male or female, and works at any age. 25,35, 45, 55, 65, 75… you name it. The biology is exactly the same.

Step 1: Stop Destroying your metabolism with Cardio

Go to a spinning class, group aerobics studio take a look around you will see a lot of sweat and grimacing faces.  But have you noticed how little people change their bodies in these classes? Sure, it’s good “cardio”, but cardiovascular conditioning can be gained with far less time and effort.

Steppers, Ellipticals, Treadmills and any form of endurance training does very little to help your body maintain its toned look and burn body fat. These long-duration exercise bouts accelerate the production of cortisol which eats away at your muscle slowing your metabolism and keeping your apple or pear body shape. If you have an apple shape body running will just make you look like a smaller apple.  There is a smarter way too exercise when it comes to loosing belly fat and MAYHEM applies these methods.

Water isn’t just “good for you” — water burns fat. Water suppresses hunger. (See strong calm sexy blog about benefits of sparkling mineral water.  Water renews your skin. Just drinking 12 ounces of pure water every day can take a few years off your face in a matter of weeks. You’ll also drop fat, have more energy, and save your kidneys and liver from chronic overwork.

When your kidneys are strained from too little water, your liver has to take over. Now, get this: Your liver is your number one fat-burning organ.  Let the body work its magic its made up of mostly water for a reason. Remember the most important part is constantly hydrate. Don’t just drink a gallon in the morning and call it a day.  The changes to your skin, face and body will be noticeable with consistent water intake.

SESSION 4: Work Out LESS and Eat MORE

If you don’t work out at all, you’re going to lose muscle tissue every year. That means you’ll get fatter and flabbier each and every year with less shape and more sag. Is this what you desire? No way, right?

Here is what few people want to believe or implement themselves for fear of getting fat and what they think is correct.  You must workout in shorter intense intervals and you must eat right after your workout to decrease cortisol levels in your body and fat storing process.
